The OpenWorlds Value Added Provider (VAP) Partners Program maximizes the relationship we have with our valued Partners. VAP partners deliver the expertise and technology that provides their customers with the total solution.

OpenWorlds is dedicated to providing the tools VAPs need in order to profit from selling and implementing immersive applications using OpenWorlds™. The two primary areas of support are Sales Support and Technical Support (post-sale, development and implementation).

VAP Sales Support includes sales training, leads, access to web-based demonstrations, joint sales call support, a flow of new features to sell upgrades, trade show assistance, collateral materials, white papers, a steady flow of ideas for applications, success case studies, references, and SPIFFS. OpenWorlds provides ongoing releases to allow our VAPs to create a lasting relationship with their customers and to supply them with a program of ongoing visual and performance enhancements.

VAP Technical Support includes technical training, certifications, online support, telephone support, on-site training and consulting, extensive technical documentation, and well-documented developer libraries. The OpenWorlds support team ensures that each inquiry receives a timely, accurate response.
